Known for his role in creating, branding, and building several successful businesses, Smith’s career has been characterized by success in many highly demanding environments. Previous business experience includes Smith Trucking McPherson KS (Smith built and sold this company to SMX Ft Dodge IA), Roll-Off Service & Advantage Recycling (Smith built and sold this company to DLJ Merchant Banking Partners), and USA Metal Recycling (Smith founded this business and grew it to sales over 43 million annually before the sale). Mr. Smith, an Arkansas native, is the founder and chairman of Red Line Contractors LLC – a general contractor and demolition business (RedLine.me), Espresso LLC, parent to the following brands: Bolder Coffee (DrinkBolder.com), Coffee Supply & Distribution, and Bold Roasting, along with several different diverse businesses. Following a vertical integration growth strategy and successfully acquiring and integrated mid-market businesses, Mr. Smith’s capital-raising abilities have been significant and include several modest mergers and acquisitions and eventual sales to larger companies.
Millet spent 20 years working as a Respiratory Therapist and developing a new hospital in Mesquite, Nevada. He is currently a consultant and for-hire project manager for wastewater treatment. Mr. Millet is an Arkansas native graduating from Prairie Grove High school.
Mr. Miller is General Manager for Red Line Contractors. Before joining Red Line, he spent 26 years in the manufacturing industry in various positions ranging from Design Engineer, Plant Manager to Sales and Marketing Director. In several of those positions, Tom Miller had full P&L responsibilities and has a thorough understanding of the complete business process. He has helped to consistently grow business through his sound leadership in developing structure and focus that lends well to repeatable execution that delivers results. He is an innovative thinker with a drive to exceed expectations. Mr. Miller obtained his MBA from Webster University and his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Cum laude from the University of Arkansas. He also is an Army veteran.
